Shipping policy
FREE SHIPPING on all over $100, during sales, the shipping policy may be different. Items are processed and shipped out in 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS (Monday-Friday). Miami and Florida residents may receive their package in 1-2 BUSINESS DAYS. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as there may be delays due to the holidays and or bad weather. Domestic orders above $250 will be sent with signature confirmation automatically for security purposes. Orders marked as FRAUD ORDERS will be automatically be canceled.
Tracking Information
Tracking information will be received via email once the package has been shipped out via USPS. Tracking is not automatically received after an order is placed.
Please note shipping fulfillment can be delayed on holidays and on sale days due to a large number of orders. EXPRESS ORDERS are always sent out as scheduled.
Lost/Stolen Packages
CLASSY BUT SASSY is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777). Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS.
International Shipping
We offer USPS International Shipping and DHL WORLDWIDE EXPRESS. All international orders take 2-5 BUSINESS DAYS (Monday-Friday) to ship. USPS MAY take approximately 10 days to deliver. (SHIPPING TIMES ARE ESTIMATES AND ARE NOT GUARANTEED AS THERE CAN BE DELAYS DUE TO HOLIDAYS, BAD WEATHER, AND OTHER UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES. Your patience is greatly appreciated). DHL WORLDWIDE EXPRESS is our fastest shipping speed for international shipments and takes 1-3 business days depending on the area. DELAYS CAN HAPPEN AND DHL WORLDWIDE EXPRESS shipping times are just ESTIMATES. Shipping times for DHL CAN NOT BE GUARANTEED. DHL and USPS are not available to all countries at this time. Shipping prices are calculated by weight at checkout.
Please note, CLASSY BUT SASSY is not responsible for any customs fees assessed by the receiving country. If your package has not been delivered after 10 days of being shipped, please contact USPS or your country's postal service to inquire about our package. Most likely the package has not been delivered because it is being held by customs and is pending a retrieval fee. Any unclaimed packages will be sent back to CLASSY BUT SASSY and cannot be refunded or resent.
