How to Shop
Shopping with Classy But Sassy is easy, whether you're in the U.S., the Bahamas or anywhere in the world. Here's how it works.
1. Find your look
Start with New Arrivals for the newest pieces, or use the menu to shop Clothing, BOAB Jewelry and Accessories. Tap the search icon to look for something specific, like "dress" or "hoops".
2. Choose your size
Tap Size guide on any product page to check measurements. Most styles fit true to size; any exceptions are noted in the description. If you're between sizes, we suggest sizing up. Unless noted, our models wear a Small.

3. Add to cart and check out
Select your size, tap Add to cart, then Check out. All prices are in U.S. dollars. We accept major credit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Shop now, pay later: choose Afterpay at checkout to split your purchase into interest-free payments. Eligible U.S. shoppers can also use Shop Pay Installments.
Have a promo code? Enter it at checkout. Codes can't be applied after an order is placed.
4. Choose delivery or pickup
United States: Standard shipping (5–7 business days) is $7.99, Quick shipping (2–4 business days) is $13.99, and standard shipping is free on orders of $119 or more. Overnight options are shown at checkout where available.
Bahamas: Select Pickup at checkout to collect your order free from our Nassau boutique at The Mall at Marathon, next to Brass & Leather. Pickup orders are usually ready within an hour, and we'll email you when yours is ready. Please bring your confirmation email and ID. Prefer delivery? Local delivery in Nassau is $15. Family Island delivery rates are shown at checkout.
Nassau Boutique Hours: Monday–Friday 10am–7pm · Saturday 10am–8pm · Sunday opening soon. Online orders can be placed 24/7.
International: Shipping is calculated at checkout (USPS, UPS or DHL). Any duties or import fees are the recipient's responsibility.
5. Track your order
You'll receive an order confirmation email right away, and a shipping confirmation with your tracking number once your order ships. Please note that orders can't be changed or cancelled once they've been processed.
6. Returns
Returns are accepted for store credit only (no refunds). Contact us within 5 days of delivery for approval. Items must be unworn and unwashed with all tags attached. See our full Return Policy.
